Lapha Group Limited keeps land bank either for sale or property development. It has already completed the transaction of some of the lands and now engaged in a lifeline project- Lapha Village.

Lapha Village

Lapha Group Ltd is going to develop a lifeline project-Lapha Village on the hilltop  of Nagarjuna municipality. Locally the site is known as Dandapauwa, Ramkot. It is just 6 kilometers away from Makalu(Kalanki) and situated next to Switzerland park. For this project, about 100  ropanis of land is already purchased and expected to have more.

Project Highlights

The location is full of vegetation, so is the environment very refreshing by itself. The Sallery ban(the forest of Pine trees) is always waving its branches for welcoming the visitors/guests. Lali Gurans(Rhododendron) adds up seasonal patterns with its beautiful flowers. Wow! sunshine in the morning how lovely it is. The view of Annapurna, Machhapuchhre, Ganesh, Langtang, Lhotse, Gaurishankar etc eye-catching Himalayas and seas of homes of Kathmandu valley are more to experience than explain in words. Not only the Kathmandu valley but also can you observe Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, and Kirtipur.  If you turn south, you can have a joyful moment of looking floats of cable cars over the Chandragiri hill.  This is also the place for tourists and pilgrims. Just above the location of Lapha village, there are the historical temples of Manakamana and Bindabasini and Indra Daha(Pond) and below there is a Panipokhari Gumba(Buddhist temple). In the future, it is expected more people will visit this area and will be developed as a tourist hob.

In public settlement, individual buildings will be built with traditional appearance equipped with full of modern facilities. Minimum 4 annas piece of land will be available for a house and extra land can be purchased as individual needs. All the cables will be kept underground. Clean drinking water, good sanitation, and a healthy environment are the most. Kindergarten for the children, health clinic, supermarket, restaurants will be operated. Children’s playground, jogging areas, gardens will be set up. A Magar Museum will be established and a resort will be developed. A shuttle bus will be in operation from and to the village. Any individual with their own can use their vehicles.
